Patsy Doer didn’t start her career as a coach. She started as a builder — of teams, strategies, cultures, and leadership pipelines. Over 25 years, she served in global executive roles including Chief People & ESG Officer, Chief Diversity Officer, and Head of Talent at top-tier organizations like Credit Suisse, Thomson Reuters, and UDR.
